This is what I'm working on.

I flew at Old Holland Road on Sunday. Plane was solid and the flight was uneventful. Did a 13mins flight but have to cut short the flight as I saw rain.
Because of the rain clouds, I could only lock 4 sats which is like bare min for the home arrow to work. It was also slow to react and as this is the first time flying there the landscape looks really unfamiliar, I did not really push the equipment much. Max dist 1.2km, Alt 456m, max speed 122kmh not bad for a TwinStar haha... I am still dialing in this plane to make it my main FPV plane. I dont really like the KC171 camera as the colour is not vivid. Prefer my old SN555... There is a chinese saying, old one must go, so that new one will come. I like this saying..

So Etman... are you suggesting a meet up?

FPV Twin Star 1km Alt

This morning I manage to bring my twinStar to 1000m high. It did it effortlessly. I went in the clouds and out the other side many times just for fun. Video is in Vimeo. Pls enjoy.

Wah. Your side not raining this morning? I was deploying my equipment when the first drop of rain fell on my notebook . Should have gone to your field instead and not waiting for the rain to stop in vain for 1 hour in the car.

No Rain on my side but there is rain clouds forming. Managed to put in 2 flights of 25 mins each. Some more tweeking to do to make the video solid.

thanks. Do i need an extra lipo for a 800mW fpv cam?
coz the plane cannot take anymore weight liao,i scare it's too heavy if a 800mW requires another lipo onboard

very unlikely. If your Video tx and Cam supply is 12volts, u can tap the powersupply from the 3s lipo battery. If you got a 5V cam and 5V video tx , you can get a BEC to stepdown the voltage to 5V. So you won't need another extra batt onboard

I'm using BR3002, a HDD recorder. Dunno about Easycap.

EasyStar FPV 3km record

My latest record with full FPV Flight without auto pilot.
I have learnt many things from this flight and have reconfigured the antenna position of the RC link. Next will be 4km.
