Hi guys

Quad newbie here. Was on Ar Drone with RC mod. But lost my drone last week over at tampinese, strong wind blew it into forest and I'm still looking for it. Now I'm looking for new quad and stumbled upon this forum/thread. Good to see so many quad lovers.

May I know what time does the Quad and Heli flying? Is it the same site as the plane flyers? Everytime I went past, I only saw the planes. no nitro heli or quad.
I want to learn from them. Thanks.

Whaa House, why need me? Beside if everyone wait for me there will be lesser meet ups

My suggestions are
- multirotor flyers can post meet ups here Sat Sun (Hopefully every week). Weekdays also can
- I know some dont like to post but we encourage everyone to post up if you want to invite flyers
- You can post up a place and we will try to see if we can get flyers available to join

I know previous meet ups where a bit small but I find it that slowly now all multirotor flyers are popping like mushrooms which is very good. What's important is we get together share what experience we have to newbies or learn from others. I too have a lot to learn and still learning. Oh and most important is we fly as much as we can.

I do understand we all have difference commitment, but to be honest I don't see how far this multicopter community can go, if we can only meet up 1/2 times per month. Just my 2 cents...

well there is a spin-off...Nite Flying with Protoseni

and maybe other flying activities with other members



one big gathering per month for all to meet

and many smaller gathering for own time own target.

i find that is a good development.

Well edwin. As This *MulitCopter community*? in Kallang is Invite 1/2 per month, As May feel too long for meet up or Xchange Knowledge... well Housecall is Righ
you can have your own time own target...May not need to wait for Kallang to set the day, Or if you want to practice More.

Pls to Understand* US* we just need a bigger field for more Practice, Not Hover. Also Great Thanks Coming ( J )-(AMK) Quadflyer...after the few NF & Xchange Knowledge with ( J )&(AMK) Quadflyer. We are now getting more PRO & flying Far away without any blocking (Tree).

Ofcos, if you feel flying alone or need to practice more, Anytime if you like to join US, Or Just SMS me, i can fly Day & Nite...

Did you try putting any payload with it while having it tuned? interesting to see if you can get positive results flying with mild wind too.

We had fun, this is what we call a real funfly...Clash of the Quad ! Haha

If these were a pair of helis, it would be unthinkable, how much time needed for repairs, for multirotor, its easy to repair.

Dan just tighten his prop nut, i just change a new prop, and up we go again...
