Alright, my personal opinion on pepper compared to buster. I feel pepper is nicer to fly as in it can fly slowly through the window. Buster, you need to keep the speed up.

Must go, YH. Ever see your kite, after being ground staked, still full of air? Ah, go there you will see. Land your kite, it's still full of air. Pull main lines a bit, it lifts off; quickly apply brakes, it drops. Repeat. Your kite will be bouncing along the ground.

I would recommend at 5m if you already get the hang of a 2m. After 5 will be 7. If you have deep pockets, the blade 4.9 is a good choice !!!! Thats gonna be my next kite.

Can't help it, friend. It's mostly UK/Europe. I'm just hoping Pansh puts out more new kites...

Er...this IS the field he goes to. I called him up to check with him. As for the kite, I think earliest is next week. Maybe Thursday or Friday.

And he said it's like a beach! Will see for myself tomolo.

Managed to maiden my Legend 3.0M yesterday at Bishan. Same story.....gusty condition. One minute flies well, next minute no wind.

It's one flying and the other one watching......hahahahaha.

Not that bad lah. You hardly see mimosa if you walk in for about 50m. Look at the photos that another guy posted on the site. And I don't remember seeing lots of stiff grass as well.

It's a field from heaven, and believe me, this is not the peak of the wind scale yet. But it's damn hot there.

Going there this Sunday to buggy. But do watch out for Police, sometime they are too free or may be not many bad guys running around, they will ask for your IC and autograph. I'll tell them to fly kite with me.

No worries. From Google Earth, it does look like a field from heaven.

The police? How to watch out while you're flying? Just let them take details lor. I believe they feel it's risk-free to take details from kite flyers. They need to work anyway.

Nightbreed got it wrong this time round. I don't have the Buster 3.0M, just the mini 1.4M. Got the 2.5M Pepper though. Or maybe you want to try a racekite, the 3.4M Skykite Predator?
