Wind monitoring at Bedok Reservoir

Went to check out Bedok Resv Slop today. 1800hrs wind appears dead!!! Trees and leaves not even moving.

Now blow north west wind. last year this time still south / south west wind.
got chance for a "decent" season ?

Hope so.

Gentlemen, last few days, Changi has been switching runway to 02 on numerous occasions. Granted there are many systems around the region recently, But I think season is coming...

I am halfway thru mini baby fox, will be starting daddy fox soon.

the wind is really going strong ... for the past few days and now too

Was there to watch the IOM race the other day. Wind is strong but coming from the wrong direction. Came from the slope towards Temasek Poly...

Will be flying a new 2.2m fox this year, which I have yet to start building. too much EDF.

With the weather getting crazier and crazier, that is a chance it just might start earlier. We were sloping right up til April last season, so anything can happen. lol.

Can feel that its fairly windy past few days.Yes time to start the repairs, fixing up n start monitoring windguru.
