Yes my fren...consultation and tuning is always free. A year on tuning is errrrr....hardcore. I agree it takes awhile to set for vibe and jello free video. Some tips
1) Cable management is key
2) good proper electronics placement is key.
3) there are many ways to solve rolling shutter effect (jello) from action cam.
