-HiModel esc 40A,
-HiModel brushless motor,
-walkera brushless motor,
-15T motor pinion,
-1.1v 1200mah 3s batt.,
-HiModel 1.1V 2200mah 3s batt.,
-1 tower pro 9g micro servo,
-3 walkera 9g micro servo,
-walkera G-011 gyro,
-450-500 class training kit
thats all i have....
but i think the walkera gyro will no longer be using it...

i do have a tx and rx but spoilt alrdy...
no longer be using it...okayy..my budget would be not more than $$600...
i would love to get a 500 size heli...

Not wanting to spoil your excitement. But $600 might be almost impossible for a 500 size heli if you include the batteries in.

and of course tx and rx....

for any 500, it is impossible even second hand

secondhand items
500 stock kit with motor/esc + blades - maybe $450(quite unlikely also)
cyclic servos - maaybe $100 for 3 hs82mg
gyro - lg2100t - $100
tail servo - 9257 - $80
rx + tx, optic 6 + electronic 6 $200

total $930 NOT including batts

alrite guys...tats why i choose comet..
it is a good heli but sg no spare for tat heli...
the heli only cost S$$200 plus and s$$400 plus for the rtf package...
to me tats is a gd heli cos it has full cnc on the rotor head and tail....
i actually had thought to get the rtf and the heli itself for spares...but then after making this thread,,i'm confuse which heli should i go..:freak
in my mind now is the comet,,copterX and trex 500...
i'm really confuse...

copterx will be the best bang 4 ur buck. comet 500, buy at ur ur risk..

bearing in mind that most seniors at the ffs wont even touch unfamiliar helis

i think you should stick with the current heli
til you have increase your budget

having to sell your heli will be rock bottom price
walkera is not a good brand even in china........

for comet 500...... its not anywhere much bigger than a 450
its like about 2-5cm longer.........y not get the comet 450??
the parts same as trex and good....... brand new about 120
its already all cnc parts liao

comet 450 is known as 688 in china
as its selling at 688 RMB lor

oops my mistake comet 500 is same as 450
comet 500v2 is bigger than 450......
the only difference is the main frame structure and the tail boom longer

its not the v2.....but the EX version...
comet 500 and the v2 version has the same measurements..but the EX is 50mm longer in length.....
