Wilson, what glue are you using to stick the magnet? maybe can try 30min epoxy/jb weld.

haha. be careful when pumping in fuel. remember to connect back the one-way again after that. my engine cut when i was flying because forgotten to connect back. lucky can autorotate.

Tail blade from Align is pretty fragile. Get chip on the tip of the tail blade during ground run on first maiden flight few weeks ago. Tail blade accidentally hit the ground and immediately chip off. Notice the ALIGN tail blade is quite poorly design with hollow and a small wooden prank inside.

actually wilson the tailblade is not bad at all. i am using it on my current trex600n and its working fantastic. if you notice vblades has also wooden planks inside of it and its a pair fantastic blades.

Check your Fuel tank tube ! After about 3.5 Gallon and this is what i found. Symptom.. Have problem defuelling and if flying will feel lean...

My New futaba 9254 worked for 4gallon of fuel and finally Retired in 2months! It was used on THROTTLE Channel and somehow it goes into "crazy" with symptom of "Jittering". Whenever i initialise it, it will stuck and goes into "Jittering" at that spot!

Open up do a cleaning on the contact but to no avail. Motor was constantly running and got no clue what went wrong.

Currently Replaced with a new Futaba 9250 (Non Gyro Servo) with 0.11sec and so far so good!

wilson, if it is the same 9250 we are referring to, then...

the 9250 is
1. Was a digital rudder servo, probably best in the days of gy501
2. is metal geared

metal gear on throttle wears quite fast, but then throttle no need so much precision also.

The 9250 is a general heli servo. I dont think it a Gyro servo like the 9254 or 9256/57 where they will specified "GyRO used".
