CKS don't mind me.. I got a pop quiz
For my idle modes, I'm on PC +11/0/+11 with TC 100/65/65/65/100 without Gov.
When I do inverted, after flip from tail in, inverted nose in I'll always have my head in to the right.
Is it because my headspeed drop during the change in collective causing tail to lose?
Also, changing to a lighter flybar paddle, is it correct? If I want to have static roll all round to be excuted faster.

i think its prob your thumb moving towards one side when u pull the elevator ... and yes just change to lighter flybar paddles for faster cyclics

why? ive to see how u did it ...

Could be bogging the head if you're flipping with full elev+full collective
theres no need to use full of either for a flip.. if you're doing so, try to give slower and smoother input w/o using the full range.

Or maybe it could be just your thumb? try to give more tension (tune the spring inside your tx) to the rudd.

The TT green paddle works for me, of coz there're faster one out there..

Yupz, using red dampers inside the hub.
I tend to full elevator to flip, and collective quite fast. Maybe should work on this area. I very scare if flip too slow, wait altitude drop my balls also drop
Tmr try again.
Since my TC up to 100% now.Other than changing engine,using 30% nitro, what other options do i have, to increase punch?

One way is to increase the max pitch range, but you can't hold full pitch for extended periods, only to be used as a short burst.

Ultimately the Raptor's punch has a ceiling but not to worry, it's still impressive.

GForce upgrade

I was having binding issue getting cyclic pitch of +-7 degree with collective pitch of +-11.

So decided to give Gforce a try .. will update after ive tested them

Hey I also install mine liao...

Using the outer hole on both side I get +/-13 degree for collective and 8.5degree of cyclic...but I dial down to +/-12 and 7.5 just in case I over-bang the sticks. Tried it this morning and it was like a totally different heli, the heli felt much lighter and quicker. No bogging at all even though the engine is not quite tuned yet...

Do you get the long linkage rod binding problem? Mine turned out better than with the stock arm because of the lesser servo throw.

there will be long linkage rod binding problem if i have the pivot ball at position B (see the manual i attached earlier) on the cage, now i have them at position A, can do +-8 cyclic and +-12 collective pitch w/o problem...

however i'll be using +-7 for cyclic and +-11 for collective

I think the linkage rod issue is not because of the position A or B but position 1,2,3. Mine only has two holes on the longer side, if I use the inner will probably give the full +/-14 but confirm the long rod will bind...I think you can try position B and hole 1. Although the leaflet states that A or B is response, I found that they do make quite a difference in amount of pitch you can have. If I use my A hole, I can't get anything more than +/-11.

current im using hole A on the cage..
Hole 2 and hole B on the arm .. i wanna see how this perform first b 4 further tuning..

Update on Gforce upgrade

After some encouragement from baby_zyklon, decided to go +-12 collective pitch .. and i think i'll stay with it
It feels faster and more powerful (punch) now

but then again.. most modern heli can achieve that pitch range and even tunable .. now i know wat ive been missing out with this old heli

R50 exploded

This is the 2nd time my R50 exploded in air (the last time due to bad align blade) ..

Was doing piro tictoc and Bang! Tail boom strike .. heli came down w/o the boom!

The o-ring (90 durometer) was also found to be ejected from the mainhub.. could be caused by the crash tho...

However, ive to admit that this is probably pilot error .. the results of bad collective/cyclic management .... argh .. not easy to learn..
