Paint

Now my paint is getting worse. The paint become like powder when I rub it it can come off.

U have used the wrong paint. Just do wat MA told you. Use paint for polycarbonate. Your case is just like mine, I did it on my first car and now the body look like having some skin disease.
But I find if you use those paint you get from DIY which is Pylox on the upper top level, it's still ok as not much inpact on the top. Tat's unless U overturn ur car.
