Receiver R136DP Need HELP!!!

Hi

I need some help on my Futaba R136HP receiver. When I move my Rudder, Elevator Servo will move a bit. I try with my another R146iP receiver it does not have this problem.

I wonder anyhow can help? Can we tune from the receiver inside?

I have a NEW GWS EDF 40 6-blade fan with a brushed IPS motor that need to be replaced, is there a proper method to UNPLUG the blade for the IPS motor spindle without damaging the blade. You know the blade is kind of hard to come by as our LHS does...
