I've seen it at the HomeFix DIY shop at Woodlands Causeway Point some time ago. Maybe you can try your luck there.

Go to HomeFix at Marina Square, that particular outlet was giving a 10% discount for all things. The retail price at HomeFix is $110, also the cheapest that I've seen in Singapore so far. I paid $160 for mine....

I got my Dremel 400series Digital for more than 300+ at Adelphi. Homefix only selling for 200+ (about $70 cheaper).
