Anyone interested to take over the Erwin XL Ultralight from me ... please look out for the market place. I might consider selling to get another one that is more suitable to my flying style.

Sad weekend as I put my Erwin down after enjoying starting some acrobatic flying. So now have a crashed Erwin XL on sales.

The only good news is my Hobbyking glide is in Singapore now so hopefully I can fix up for maiden this long weekend.

I will miss my Erwin for sure.

Ah... so that's the "cheap" one?

Sorry for your loss btw. She was an excellent glider.

Oh btw, just to share with you what someone once told me during my early learning phase.

"During normal flight, pushing is down and pulling is up; during inverted flight, pushing is up and pulling is expensive"

Thanks pixeldixel and good advice. I am actually more comfortable in heli flying to be inverted as I hardly have it upright flying on Heli.
SO I was comfortable to fly it inverted actually.

The mistake I make yesterday is loose concentration on my Erwin, as I realized it wad very crowed yesterday with lots of plane and helis flying in the morning...so I took the Erwin out a bit more...then I feel I saw something from my far vision of something happening ...so I took my eye away from my glider to see . That is the mistake..so when I look back I had the glider rolling and then it disappear from my view below the slope and I had to decide whether I have fully roll it or not....while the rest is history. Is ok, price of flying it more adventures.

And true enough...within the next 30mins.... there was a mid air collision of two gliders...right in front when I am seating counting my damage.
I was told it was once in a millions to actually see it.

                                regards,
                                Jonathan
