We're going to be headed to a new location this time for a game:

Location: Dhoby Ghaut MRT Park
Date: 16/05/10
Time: 2pm onward
Tank: type Tamiya 1/16th scale tanks & Battle systems

Its our first time playing in the confines of maze-like close quarters combat, and it was demanding but pretty fun.

The Jadgpanther performed surprisingly well despite the fact that it hadn't got a turret to turn. Long gun barrels like on the Tiger and Pershing both had a nasty habit of getting caught in the trees.

This is prime terrain for small tanks like Sherman, PZIII and PZIV. KV-1 should do pretty well here too... it was pretty funny when one of us flipped our tank against a small plant! Mobility kill!

Oi! TmMugen. Your next waiting game is to get a 1/16 Tank. Since u r a techie, go for the Lepoard...

Currently there is only one modern tank (the Leopard 2A6) put out by Tamiya that is IR combat-capable. It has certain advantages over its WW2 brethren but nothing close to what the performance disparity would be in real life. As the Rolls-Royce of the Tamiya range it has the most features but also costs the most.
