if you went in the shop and saw discount label all over (30%) then it should be of the same shop.

It has discount all around the yr .....min 30% and can go up to 50% for some unpopular models..... I got my 1/35 railway gun from them at 50% discount

If it is Miniature Hobby, then cannot be 80+ lah...They are NOW selling the HL tanks with smoke and sound version (the only version available now) at $139.

..i will have to sell all my helis just to afford one of those sui sui tanks.. ya know, my painting sucks oso..hate to screw it up..just by looking at the box is enuf to make you drool..and i was told you will have to wait for one month when you order parts..understand also the tamiya tanks dont have smoke effect..but they are really some serious stuff..

Tamiya has a very long history on their 1/16 dated back to the early 1970s...fall in love with it when I was still a kid

They are very detail and good design in control and power.....

However the price tag has really shoot to the sky ......for a model that you have to pay close to $2000 .....will never happen to me ....a family man......

thinks is 20 yrs back when I go my first tamiya 1/16.....for $200.....so is 10X in the price change .....but of cause without all those extra functions. Still love the metal track with individual link ....they make lovely noice on the move

May be is time to bring my King tiger out of the box.....nib for almost 10 yrs
