I got mine DX6i it is very cool TX. If you not expert level, this is the TX to get. I am using it with my Esky Lama 4 and Trex450( coming soon)

Pros
- 4 x AA Batteries. (One charge can use like for ever)
- The Rolling & click is very easy.
- Very smooth Stick.
- Interface seems better then DX7.
- Do not have to pay for Servo that is not needed.
- Come with 2nd RX and 1/2 price.

Cons
- Cannot turn off the beep sound.
- 6 Channels only (but I do not need more yet)
