Hmm. I might want to have a go at the 3D, even if it's to convince myself I don;t need it. I'm having trouble doing anything more than fast sweeps across the window, spins and landings. Those other tricks have been beyond me. I'm guessing they are to be performed at the edge of the window? And I've just remembered that PCC you fly stunt kites, so I may draw on your experience soon.
Night, I don't do stunts as well. Simple stuff and have lots of fun. That kept me going with the hobby for the past 16 yrs. My kites all contain a part of me, an expression of my mood when they were made or bought.
vincopter and MA, you all tried the Quantum yet? Lines ok? Did anything more than crash the thing? I've smacked mine into the ground so hard so many times...
any damage to the kite? is it because the wind is too strong.... making it fly very fast?
I think so. Also, I am more used to the speed (or slowness) of bigger kites. So, I need to fly the stunt more and up my reflexes. Or, I could be getting older.

Tried to fly at Bishan park today......wind's so bad that I can't get the kite off the ground.
For some people it's important to show what they have, for others it's sufficient to know that they have it.
