Ah Thanks Ghostfit, so now who is going to be the "bad" person to enforce it?
See my point? It is still self regulation. There will be some who practice sense, maybe even 99% but we need just 1% to screw the other 99% lol.Stop looking for a gyro in my plane, they are all in the head.

Well, somebody gotta do something to the 1% in order that the other 99% can continue enjoying what they're doing and keep on doing it.
It's a case of taking ownership, look at the Old Holland Road Field ...it's a case of many groups, nobody wanna be the bad guy when somebody does something wrong, residents complains, police come ...end of story !
Most people take RC as "Toys" ...when something bad happens, they get the impression that its a "Dangerous Toy". ...for the most part, they are RIGHT ...unless or until the owners show the responsibility to prove otherwise that they are NOT toys but a serious piece of sporting equipment (I.e: Bow and arrows, Air rifles, etc) ...Go to any of the registered Aeromodelling RC Clubs (i.e: BBAFC or RMS) and you'll see how they do it.
Okay enough rantings from me, otherwise it'll undo Ammo's defusion efforts !Seriously running out of ...Storage space !

Take heart Edmond. I can tell you that even now, we are doing stricter checks at church field after all our talking recently. There has been a lot of activity recently, a lot more new faces joining us, and we are making it a point to educate them on at least the basics like frequency checking.
The other day, 3 of us faced a glitch simultaneously. All our freqs were like 0.01mhz apart and one by one we lost control of our planes. It's still a mystery cos we were previously flying at the same time with no problem. Oh well :P

What I will like, membership in aeromodelling association on the national level. Bring the sport to a higher professional level, education and training.
What it may become, only designated spots for RC flying which will probably be hard to get to, costs money to fly.
A lot of our flying spots are found by luck.Relax and Enjoy The Hobby.
Note to self: Must stop buying too much stuff.
