JW Heli Flyers???

Hi,

Any heli flyers flying at the Jurong West Field? and especially for that Gentleman who pop by to give some tips, last Friday, and if you happen to be reading this thread, can you please bring along your heli the next time you pop by?.

I'm sure there are heli flyers in JW. But how do I find you guys?

I am new to this forum and started flying a FP HB 3 weeks ago. I stay in JW too. What is the addr of the FF?? and usually day and time of the week of the FF?? I hope to be able to attend too.... find learning with guidance of a group easier then struggling to fly alone.

You're not alone.. as in.. I've been trying to find the heli guys in JW, and have been flying my Nitro and Trex alone at that big field. Hence, my heli is teaching me how to fly..

I don't know if you're comfortable flying the FP HB at the JW Field. It's located at the big field behind the Singapore Boys Home.

Come on guys.. I'm sure there are more of you around..

i live in boonlay the FF place is only a 10min slow walk from my place hehehe btw if can i will like to get a FF going on weekday and not weekend as weekend alot of big big flyer and we are flying t-rex size heli so if it is ok to be done ..it will be good as we can have the whole place for us to learn

hey i am staying at 654A only.. i dont mind meeting there, but maybe be muddy if rain the previous day.. btw me flying trex, but just... just starting to hover only

Where's 656?? BTW.. The JW Field is not suitable for Trex.. But if you plan to fly Trex there then the suggested location will be the "End" of the pavement where there's a concave.. Good location for newbie like myself, as I'll usually stand on high ground and my Trex on the lower one. The field itself is almost impossible to fly, as your heli skid will either get entangled by some of the long grass, or you may just ended up landing on a puddle of water.. when it rains..

BTW..

Please bring some carrots when anyone of you fly there, as there's a rabbit residing at the "end of the pavement".. It's a real rabbit.. alive and kicking, which I believe was left there by it's owner..

Eh... Not "Them" should be "It".. Poor guy.. leaving under some makeshift shelter provided by some of the old folks who exercise there.. very easy to spot..
