Nitro Magic power inconsistence

Hi Guys,

Anyone try on this nitro? Just couldn't get my engine tuning right after 2nd gallon. Really junk stuff and will never try it again. Seem like this is a local mix product, really give up. Waste my time on this nitro and never get my engine tune right.

I don't know the conditions of which you had qualify the Nitro used being the cause.

Every time i fly, the weather conditions seems to have a bigger impact on the engine performance, especially in Singapore humid conditions which seems to be swinging wildly on a day to day basics. One day hot and humid, the next wet and humid. If i want it to be perfect, I can't live by a day without turning that needle every so lightly, even with fuel like cosmos, coolpower.

quite surprised to hear negative comments about nitro magic because many used it and its all positive comments. i haven tried it so no comments about the performance but the price is definitely better and more fresh.

coming up with a product locally for such small group of hobbist is something i find respectable.

Just so you know I am the founder of Nitro Magic and I suppose you know. I simply do not know how you can fault my Nitro Magic just based on your tuning experience of 2nd gallon and I question your intention in doing so..

If you do not like it or wants to take it personally, you can PM me. There is absolutely no need to post such a rude and misleading thread like this..Likewise, I can jolly well mention that it is your tuning that sucks..!! or perphaps your engine is just a piece of JUNK. There are so many unknown variables in engine tuning, just because you cannot get yours tuned does NOT means that the nitro mix is crap..GET YOUR FACTS RIGHT..!!

When I see this thread, it almost made me speechless…NOW let me teach you lesson.. A lot of people tends to make comments base on “know knows” and failed to take into account of the “know unknowns”. It is even common for people to ignore “unknown unknowns”. As a result, YOU seldom see a balanced view on issues keeping in mind the real picture.

It is for people to judge if this is a good blend or not. If you do not like, simply DO NOT use. I do not like to sell to people like you as well. I do need the business afterall..!! Go ahead and buy other brands that you believe is good and get your $$ worthwhile..

Do not get me wrong, maybe like you I do not have any problems with you personally however when a thread like this is posted, I feel compelled to reply and rebuke your finding.

Bro : I used this brand start from first product until now , never have any problem , this is good and cheap nitro , and a lot of brothers very happy after using, why you not call or pm Roger to get helping before post here ? I am sure he will try his best to solve your problem, he is helpful person

Been using nitro magic for a while. Haven't had any issue with consistency from flight to flight or gallon to gallon.

You might need to open the needle a bit if you are coming from coolpower. I am running the same needle setting for coolpower 30% and nitro magic 20%. For nitro magic 30%, I need to open the needle a little bit more.

Perhaps you can share with us what tuning problem you have. Maybe there is an issue some where. Is your inconsistency from flight to flight, gallon to gallon or just in between flight power sudden reduce or engine surge?

Yup agreed, if you run it in the cool mornings you gotta lean to up, if you run it in the hot afternoons you gotta richen it up, the conditions always change, there is no one setting that fits all conditions, unless you dont mind running rich all the time. Maybe the thread starter can consider using something like carbsmart to reduce the hassle of tuning and retuning.

There are still people out there who will appreciate Nitro Magic. YES. this is a less expensive nitro. But this does not translate to being JUNK stuff as the threadstarter had mentioned!!

The only reason I am pricing it at this competitive price or lower than any brands in the market is I want to benefit the RC community. IF YOU DO NOT APPRECIATE, PLEASE GO AWAY..
