Logo win
Personally my view this is the reason why a Logo win out. Remember my E550, I had to have metal head and tail to ensure high headspeed donot crack anything. And those alone cost quite a bit, and it all adds up and compare that to the kit price of Logo 500.Originally posted by Heli_fanatichmm..... er how much are the grips anyway
Then next is how and where to get Logo parts....I starting to find ordering from US is not that bad with the shipping price being quite competitive now.
Anyway...just me pushing more Logo flyer in Singapore.

Total Cost of ownership
Both of you have not done your sum correctly yet.Originally posted by Heli_fanatic

Trex vs Eraptor vs Logo
- I can fly an Logo with 12S A123 (S$250 or less); e.g. around 25mins of flight time with 4 packs of 12S A123 cost about $1000.
- How much will it cost to have 6S Kong power at $390 per pack for maybe 8mins flight. AT least 3 packs to get 25mins at $1200. And you probably soon to find that your want a TP or fliught power and the sum just sky rocket.
- An logo 500 3D kit only cost around less then 800 without any upgrade need at all.
- power, servos is around the same, actually Logo will be easier on the electronoc as the power to weight ratio is very good. e.g. I am flying the Logo 500 stretch with 600 Radix using Jazz 40-10-32 (cost around - $293, better then cc85) with an Z30A-800. If you want a series performance on Trex and Eraptor, you will need to have a higher rating Jazz or settle of CC85 while strugging with the govn mode.
JUST DONT DO WHAT I DO, CHASE THE LATEST ELECTRONIC TECHNOLOGY....e.g. xtreme 2.4Ghz, V-STABI.....which is a occupation haza being in IT industry for all my career. Get PAID for driving business development in selling Latest Technology.
I dont know what else I need to say....but 1 year later work on the sum and you will figure it out.
OH......I didn;t tell you the secret also....you can re-use some of the parts from E-Raptor or Trex on Logo....like..fly bar...boom....belt....linkage...tail case...tail.rotor...............the only part you must have on the New generation Logo is the main-frame design which is state of the art. This bring the weight down. 3.2kg flying weight for an Logo 600 size heli....
ops...now I let the secret out.
And for me, you also need the V-STABI.

One last thing
Or one last thing....did you ever get the manufacturer directly response to your problem???
I did , not three times in a roll for some upgrades parts that they decided to add on after the 1st batch. And I get them free directly from the manufacturer.
What do you call this.....
