help with ESC/motor! smoking!

Thx wangzx for the advice.. got the PXL460 from JH and spinning up nicely now. doesnt get hot like with the 450TH.

it IS a pain to get the motor screws into the motor mount on the HDE. got me cursing and swearing for a while

hmm time to build training skids and go flying!

The PXL460 motor runs much cooler than the 450TH. Tried it b4 on tis Trex. Hope u will enjoy it.

i think the problem is the hobbywing esc. i have one and i don't like it. it claims 40amps, but got so hot when i previously used it on my minititan with its stock motor to the extent that it would shut down regularly depite low timing.
