Nope..lucky me.. didnt crash on 1st mild 3D !!
learning how to fly in all orientation (backward/fwd) does help in recovery.

Upgraded to RotorWorkz G10 frame recently and decided to share some pics...

no fanciful packaging here, just the frames, some misc stuff and instructions in a plastic bag


The rudder servo mount is for standard sized servo (eg. 9254), also have to drill some holes to fit the HS81 provided screws for cyclic servo mounting

Crash and broke the G10 frame ... left with only gyro mount
And have been using the QuickJapan external rudd servo mount for quite a while (i like them bling)

Upgraded from control arms to cage

Holds pretty well inverted with headspeed of only 2000-2100 RPM

yep.. will be same setup as my current SP
basically just transfereing the electronics over
and transfereing other older stuff over to SP for scale flying maybe..

actually i had most of my '1st-time' on ep8
Its less scary for me to try new moves and its just as stable!
Compared to ep8SP.. raptor 50 gives me more power and flighttime which is easier for me to learn 'tictoc' and other moves that requiers gd collective management

Theres no perfect heli.. so need at least a few

dont think i'll get a 90 any sooner.. i dont dare to try stuff on it coz im afraid of crashing it!
