Hello Abang Pai! We met under the bridge, with our Micro-T. I think you are in deep trouble, something happened in our group and you are the main culprit! Because of you, 2 more E-Firestorm is coming our way this coming sunday fresh out of the boxes!Looking forward to see you again bro, then we can run our trucks together, it's really gonna be a blast!
coffin fodder: Rear 2WD vehicles are usally designed with more biase to the rear for better traction, so it would be easier to drive. You could soften the front spring load abit OR stiffen the rear spring load to induce more steering. If you like seeing alot of dust kicking and fish-tail action, stiffen the rear spring load real hard, and tighten the slipper clutch if you have one in your car, your truck will "look" more powerful. Try different shock oil if you want, seeing different results of what you did to it is fun!
cyberjoe: Electric trucks are clean and lean, you will like the feel of almost "load free" when you throttle off the line. Given the electric-nature, the control is more precise. After play, just dust off a bit, and keep the car, no grease and spilled oily grime to wash off. Downside is you have to charge the batteries before you can play.... But if you are the kind that bite your teeth when you throttle off, then Nitro trucks will be more suitable for you, because of the sound of the engine revving up, and the smoke and smell of burning nitro will really kick you up! After a tankful, just top-up-and-go again! But be prepared to practice your patience when it comes to engine tuning especially if you are a newbie, it could be quite frustrating when your engine keeps failing you and it could be due to a lot of different reasons, it usually takes an experienced guy to corner the problems and tune up the engine! But whatever the pros and cons, there are many experts around to help, main thing is go for what you like and have fun!
Abang Pai! Hope you can make it this sunday at the usual playground, can't wait to squeeze the throttle!

Hi to all!
Pai: Woah! You really kept your words, now you got too choices! Feels like bashing just start you nitro engine, and when the neighbourhood complains about the noise and throw rotten eggs at you, just switch to electric one!Are you joining the "Friday-nite group"?
cyberjoe: You are a monster!!!Cheers!
coffin fodder: My pleasure, I'm just reluctant to see fellow R/Cers having "problems" with their r/c cars. I apologised for my mistake, you mentioned your ride is a DT02ms; I just did a search on the www and realised its a buggy, rite? Pretty cool car! But the principles behind are the same, setup configuration to create fun. You are right, I agree 4wd are generally easier to control than 2wd. But a part of me like something about the 2wd cars is that they do not require that much mechanical attention of the 4wds. And like they say, when you master driving the 2wd, no problem driving the 4wds. But it will be another dimension of fun!
basher: Can we join you? We got 2 old school 2wd electric trucks, and 2 brand new modern electric trucks. Would be fun if could bash together!
