well it look like quite a heavy traffic over there

I wanted to go there(old kallang used car centre) but saw the number of cars there + ppl launching their canoe and dragon boat there so went to Oasis carpark.

Its just next to the small beach and its empty.


When I was there, I saw a little commotion between the navy vessel and canoe ppl. The canoe ppl mostly L plate and are blocking the path of the navy RPL going back to the former CG base. The vessels horn and horn until the small guide boats need to go and shout at them.

Later on, the canoe guys come over to the beach for some practical lessons. The army guys beach their boat and went over and told the canoe guys off.


I was packing already, so I just watch the show. Never kena chase away, so I will continue to visit there for boating.

Wind pretty strong here in the afternoon. Nice place for sailing .

Fresh water areadi wat...Certified and chop by himself.

Tat's why Mr adrian will cum back evry sat mornin and play E-boat alone enjoying himself.

I love this place, been there number of times liao, the wind alway blown in the same direction.good for sail boat. and you can see the PUB boats constanly moving around( 3 of them I think) clearing the rubbish from the water, water condition get better every days.

Don't be bothered wif the PUB sail boat though, they're just doin their job clearing the debris.

Wind blowing same direction nt really accurate as in the evening at times if ya boat stall will drift towards the other side of the bank...fact that i require to activate my rubber dinghy on stdby for retrieval. So juz take note.

Water condition is superb...nt that choppy.
Suit cat n hydro especially.

Able to set up portable tent or even tentage to take cover.
Near ammenities of the Kallang Leisure Park Shopping centre.
Perhaps that location is best to establish one hobby shop.
