Balancing Lipos with T15

I would like to know, if I charge a lipo using T15, and the lipo has one of those white balancing connectors, can i just buy a balancer circuit from SHS and just plug it into the balancing connector when charging to balance the cells?

I have those and am not sure they actually balance the cells as per the blurb. If you want a decent balancer, try to pick up the TP205 some guy is selling for $100 in the marketplace. That will work much better than the one in the picture. Or if you really want it, I will sell mine to you cheap.

U can balance with those in the pictures, both types will work nicely.
