prolux lipo charges

well hi guy i need your advice.well recently just bought a lipo( 1250 amp 20c 3s 12.4V)from shs after i join the dean plug . i put on the charges(model no: prolux lipo the green col. type)sat it to 3 cel 1amp or 1.5 amp but the charger beep 2 sound and the current is cut off. and it is alright for other lipo batt .eg 3s 1450amp 12C 11.2v. my ? is .is the charge not able to charge anything that is 12v and above any advice. and what kind of charge should i get let say tamazo 25 charge .???

12.4v is the norminal voltage?

That batt in question is below the min voltage. Bad pack return it to the hobby shop.
