Graupner Charger error

Guys,

Bought a Graupner Ultra Trio plus 14 from a bro here some time back and have been using it without issues for the last year. However, a month ago, the charger refused to auto detect batteries on charge point 2 and 3. And now it only works as a single charger.

Been hunting about the web for an answer but there don't seem to be one. Thought it could be a firmware issue possibly but wanted to see if any bros here has had a simillar experience or suggestions.

The display no longer shows port 2 and 3

Thanks, i did exactly that. the thing that got me thinking it could be the firmware is that I no longer see port 2 and 3 on the display. So it looks as though the trio went to just a single port charger. The main port works fine, just that the two others. Thought it could be a fuse but there is none ... not until I open it up. Before I do that I wanted to check with you guys if any on you had teh same issue first.
