1000 W power supplies

Hi there, I was wondering if anyone knows where to get meanwell power supplies here in Singapore. I went down to Sim Lim Tower but it seems like very few 1000 W meanwells are stocked.

I'm looking for either the RSP-1500-24 or RSP-1000-24. Thanks!

Why not just build your own power supply out of PC power supplies?

I wired 3 in series for the 5V lines and have a 15V output at over 500W

I got a 27V/750W from a Second Hand Shop, 3rd floor at Sim Lim Tower.



2 of these PS should get you all-set. BUT it is not a Meanwell.

HP and dell uses HEC and you can find them brand new at sim lim square for much less then buying a EOL "HP" and any power supply can be use in a server as they a less demanding on the power but if you want something stable then look for one with active power frequency. other then that. power supply use on desktop is way more demanding then servers.

where is sim lim? Do they have large quantity?

We;re looking for higher V say 12V or 24V power supply units to delivery power to our chargers which are 1000W - 1500W real power. Most of the Chinese stuff don't allow us to deliver real power via the Powerlabs.
Anyways out 1400W PSs will be ready in a few weeks.

this is what I am using to charge my revolectrix (most of them ) lipos, as charging 12s at one go is heavy duty stuff for me.

Looks solid and safe...and it proof to be, anything to do with lipo, i try to be very safe.
