building a lipo charger...

does anyone knows where is the thread where someone used 2 regulator to build a lipo charger?
I tried to search for it but i couldnt find it.

No point to build..

Parts cost will be about $10 and abit troublesome with no protection circuit..
Pay $55 and get the Prolux 1-3s charger from Rotor..
And u get peace of mind..
