    Question for triton charger

    wat minimum amp for triton charger is recommended?

    U mean for the power supply to use with the triton?
    3A is the minimum required to run the triton properly if i'm not mistaken..

          but more if u want to charge larger packs..

          best get 100A..

          kidding la, if u are charging at 3A, get at least 1A or 2A more.. so if u use 3A, get 4A..
          or if u use 7A, get 8A...

            input: Voltage X current

            can never exceed

            output: voltage X current

            So.. if you going to charge 3S, 11.1 V at 2A, then you need at least a 3A power supply. If you charge 8 cells i.e. 12 V at maybe 4 Amp.. then you wil need at least a 5 Amp...

            Better get higher amp to account for other power used powering the fan etc etc... you won't want the triton to start complain about input current too low when the fan powers up etc.

            Try getting something that is 7A and above.
