Quick question about lipos

I was hovering my T-Rex with the E-power 2200 mAh 10C lipo and it was cool to the touch.

What i normally do is to fully discharge the Lipo using my Triton charger before charging again and the discharge rate is 1.8A.

However, everytime i do a discharge the battery will be warm to the touch, is there something wrong with the Lipo battery?

do not discharge your lipo
once they are close to empty they heat up even at 1C discharge rate
