Mega Power 960SR 12s with LCB-12s balancer

Hi guys, just got a 960SR and it works great on its own, however been struggling with the balancer setup. I've set up the connections as the manual says and selected the battery type but when I start the charge from the charger end, it does not detect the battery. Is there something that I am doing wrong?

Yes I have the same problem. The sellers sent me a video showing the button being pressed, bringing a red lamp flashing ( single flashes). The charger then worked.
I had further problems. The 'no battery connected' message would happen again, and I wonder if it means the battery is already charged??
The instructions are poor, it is a mystyery to me.
