Battery extender "foil/sticker" extends battery life?!?!

Have anyone ever used one of these "gizmos"
A piece of sticker/foil where u place behind ur HP/PDA/Digicam's
Li-ion/polymer battery?
It claims to increase ur battery life by at least 10-20%??

A very popular one is the Martin Fields battery extender sold
at SingPost oulets for about $16 (i think).
I've used 2 of these before and i swear by them!!
Do u guys think we can incorporate them into our lipo packs?

How about doing a discharge testing with these on a pack?
But i tink it'll have to be used such that there is a piece on every cell..
Since for most PDAs/HP, they are using 1s packs so it works..

I have heard of somthing like this a while ago ..using magnetic field to align the electrons and therefore making it slightly more efficent...but the incread was questionable....... I would like to see some more test and results first. also I dont think it would work with high current appliactions.

I have a piece i can volunteer for tests!
But trust me, it works on my HP..
Battery life improved is quite noticable!

Had a old phone that lasted for like 1 day..
With this thing in it, it lasted to like 1.5 to 2 days!
