Hi,
As I was changing my connectors early morining, I just use my cutter to snap the connectors off. Sparks came and I realized that I have short them, so sily. Trying connecting it to my plane to see if there anything wrong with it. Started to see sparks again coming out from the pack. Strip the batt, noticed that one of the terminal has some how open circuit causing the arcing. (poor termination gave way under heat) So resolder the terminals and did a test again.......still working and voltage still in the region above 12 volts.
Conclusion: I think it is very important to have a good termination that will not give way during high discharge. Anyone here does your own batt assembly?
