Ice charger or not?

anyone uses a ICE charger here to charge their lipos? wat balancer to get for this charger?

i personally dont have one but if it is a separate charger, any balancer should work with it.

eg. like hyperion lba10, fp vbalance etc

i have the ice charger... it charges lipo, its better for ni-mah and ni-cads as this charger has re-condition functions for them. This chargers is designed for car racers where nicads and nimahs mostly being used and it discharges up to 10A ..charges up to 8amp..

as for the balancer , depends on what you getting . most will do fine with most chargers

great minds think alike ! ...I'm using my ICE with a simple 'blinky' balancer ...everytime I see a red LED goes on full on the blinky, I'll stop the charge and do 'individual' cell charging/balancing on that pack ...been serving me well !

But recently got myself a Imax B8 as I needed to charge more than 4 cells packs. (as well as LiFe cells in the future ! )

wow.. the price of the B8 is the same as a BC6... any differences btw the 2?? other than the ability to charge 8 and 6 cells respectively?
