Battery For Honey Bee

May I know what type of Battery is suitable for HB beside the original one ?
Can I use Li-po 7.4V 1200mAH or Can i use 11.1V Batteries.

I assume u r using Brushed motors, so using 11.1v may cause your Brushed motors to burn (especially the tail motor).

U can use other 7.4v lipo, just need to get one with the right weight. Make sure the CG of your heli is not out.

CG = Center of Gravity...... one way to check is hold the fly bar and make sure heli head weight = heli tail weight.....

If head heavy, heli will fly forward.....tail heavy...heli fly backward....

What abt the mAH of the battery ?

As for mah....higher better as long as it is not too heavy. Higher mah gives longer flight time. Considering a suitable weight, i think the highest u can get is around 1320mah.....

must use 2s 7.4v. I use 3E 7.4v 2s 800 & 1200 Mah. works well especially 800 Mah one-very light. But when i use 1200 Mah is almost the same with stock batt lighter by 5-8gr maybe? but can last 12 minutes hovering.

Just bought DN battery 11.1v 1050mAH. was recomand by the shop. Is it alright to use it in HB?

11.1v? I think it'll burn out your tail motor very soon. If possible, try to get 7.4v 2S1P lipos.

The battery was recommend by Jethobby. That guy say is no problem as they r using it !
