charger and external balancer

any brand of charger and external balancer.
when finished charging, the charger will show each cell voltages are same voltages. But the external balancer LED flashing on maybe 1 cell, 2rd cell or 3rd cell..........
Do you off everything and pull out the battery from the external balancer ?
or wait still the external balancer not showing any LED flashing on each cell ?

U have to trust either u charger setting or balancer setting. How much tolerance is allowed for either one??? 4.20 or 4.200 or 4.2000???

My TP 205 balancer indicated to me that all my cells are balanced. However my fren's batt indicator shows that one of the cell is unbalanced. So far I had no problem wif my balancer and I totally trust it.

My Shark20 charger has a link cable to balancer.
So the charger can see individual cell up to 5 cell.
But when the charger stop and show each cell is balance. The balancer is still blinking on the cell that is not balance yet.
So I think better to wait for the balancer to stop also.
