The question will be how good is it. Guess the only way to try is to someone purchase it and do a stress test on it.

Those cells are not bad, if in 3s config, there should be air gap between the cells otherwise the centre cell will cook.

The Super high discharge Kokam will discharge higher than their C ratings. But it will overheat and kill itself. To prevent cell self destruction, make sure the esc max cont. amps is lower or equal to the batt cont discharge rate.
