    Choose one of the following:

    1. change the round connector on the battery to flat female type
    2. change the flat connector on the esc to the round type
    3. make a adaptor with one side round type and the other side flat female type

Yes, for 1 and 2, you will need to cut out the connector and solder the new one. Don’t think can find this adaptor for sale anywhere. So need to DIY for 3.

Yes, you will need to do soldering.

not a real problem … just need extra force … the more you do, it’ll get easier … or use some lubricant … for contact type (not water type oh ) …

best is still get the pair together (same batch, colour) …

your esc should have the male end, batt the female end. thereafter, change the connector on your charger to male type.

Erm, is it necessary to change for the charger as well? Because the battery has got another connection which is 3-pin to fit in the charger.
