how to use T15 to charge the glow starter

thinking of modifying the glow starter charging cable (with the existing glow starter tip) to connect it to my T15 charger.

Questions:

1. Which is the positive terminal, the tip or the nut? Can i just cut the cable and solder the banana clips into the 2 cut ends?

2. Can T15 charge Nimh with 1.2V? or Nicad 1.2V batt.

3. Is the batt call sub-C?
