Advise: Best TAPS for balancer

Hi, i am getting some lipo and need to know which taps to get cos i am going to have to get a balancer.

SO i need the balancer that will be easy to use and is not too low end...
something that will be good enough to race etc
i tend to upgrade too fast liao....

Best value balancer for use with my ice...
and
Hyperion or TP or standads TAPS?
