ur suppose to charge @1C rate, for example if ur chargin a 1500mah lipo, just select 1.5A or if itz 2000mah, use 2A etc etc...

Hi, are you referring to the Tahmazo T4LP charger? Check out this advisory http://www.aircraft-world.com

I think the advisory is referring to the T4LP. I own one and have personally measured the voltage during and after charging. It is true that the voltage will hit 4.3v / cell during charging and around 4.28v per cell at the end of the charge.

I have 3 sets of lipos puff up after only about 20+ cycles. I suspect is due to the hi voltage. I have since stop using this charger.

        Extracted from the website:

        ADVISORY
Posted Nov 2005: A "balance" charger made in Taiwan and marketed under several names - Tamazo, enLipo en-CRG4, NOVATECH B8080, and possibily others - will overcharge lithium packs. (termination voltage per cell as high as 4.32V). Use of these chargers will void any warranty claims.
A pack which shows ALL cells "puffed" is certainly victim to over-volt charging, and will not be replaced under warranty.

        Any bros care to comment?
