You can google/youtube on how to rescue a flat Lipo battery.
There is some risk involved if you are not really familiar with Lipo batteries.
Although you may be able to use the battery (after the rescue), but it can never be in the same healthy state again.
It depends on how low the battery was discharged, and how long it stayed at that state.

Normally, you should not discharge a lipo battery cell to below 3.7V (i.e. 11.1V for a 3S)
If a lipo battery cell is discharged below around 3V (i.e. 9V for a 3S), there will be some damages to the battery.
If a lipo battery cell is discharged below around 2V (i.e. 6V ofr a 3S), the battery is as good as gone.

You need to connect the main cable of the battery (the yellow connector with the red/black cable) to the charger.
This is the main charging connection.

Please post photos of your wiring (between your charger and battery) and setup.
You can try lower the current further, say 3A.
