BTW bro , night flying is for relax flying not stunts. As when u roll, if u r not fast enough u will get confuse with the light nagvigator..
Erm, i have no intention of doing stunt, i changed to a smaller prop, i think the motor/prop combi cant take the weight of the bird and become unstable.
Like real! you relax flying? ... donnoe who's SS trying to chase mine den KPKB went to buy 3S to make his bird go faster loh... come to think of it, your waypoint motor kv still not high enough. Btw, linhai also killed his nitro cub...
Now using 950kv Wah! his nitro cub gone !!!? Beyone repair?

OMG!! He must be freeking sian...Now cant fly la...tml i have to wake up early..else i also wanna go...tml night mostly flying ...
930KV, using 2200mAh 25C Topflight. I suppose to be running at 1147 prop but i changed to 1060 to get longer flight time. Think i too losy lar, at nite kancheong lost orientation, knn crash on my car roof somemore F!CK, now paintwork scratch also.
Actually its not the prop lah. Thou for 930kv, 1147 will be a better choice. The lower the kv , the bigger prop. You you were to compare, a 16C 2200mah will have a longer flight time den 25c as the discharge rate is lower. I use to use a 1850kv on the SS with 0804. Shoots like a rocket but battery flat very fast. The SS is a light flier... try to keep it a light as possible. Think your bird is suffering from Torque roll... 3s 25C the bird will go lobsided to the left if above mid stick on throttle.

What batt and prop would you recommend if i want very very long flight time? because looking at the chart 1060 actually draw lesser current thats y i changed to that. I find the batt abit heavy
So far I have tried 0804, 0906, 1060, 1047, 1147. Feels that the SS flies better with 47 props. Less current draw. Batts 2s 800, 1000, 1300, 1800, 2200, 3S 1800, 2200. Had notice the 3s gives alot of punch but flight time cut short because of the battery weight. With a 2s 2200 I can get a good 20minutes out of the bird. However with a 2s 1000... at half throttle half glide kind of flying style, I manage to get also around 20mins on 1/3 throttle.
You motor has got a low kv, you should go for a 47 bigger prop. For a start, try to borrow a 2s 1800 or 2200 and give it a try. Very difficult to advice as your bird has got alot more added weight with all the enforcement and extra servo.
However, I can share with you my current setup:
Motor: KA 22-15
ESC: 30amp
Prop: APC1147
Batt: 2s 16c 1000mah
Servo: 2x HS55
RX: 4ch synthesize (4.7g)
With this setup, I can get a good 2hour flight with 5 2s 1000mah(including some rest time.)

Wish you luck.
Yeah man, my bird very heavy.
I havent weigh it, somemore my 9ch RX on the bird also
Can this BL combo match each other?
Brushless Outrunner Motor, 2/3s lipo, 1100kV,
Brushless Electronic Speed Controller, 20A
wad prop will match it?
Use a 9 inch electric prop from APC.
I have the same settings; I use 9 x 4.7 slow flyer.
According to my motor software you should use it with 9 x 6 normal APC prop. Go fook hai and ask for it.
