    errmmm dont remember also but i needed lead at the tail during maiden. then after many crashes and fixes, the tail has increased in weight so no need anymore lead
    i'm a rc sotong. And i know nuts about it.

      I've been using fiber tape to protect certain parts of my planes but don't really like the 'interference' of the color and outlook. Any particular kind of 3M clear tape you are using? Not the usual scotch tape, which doesn't seem to really stick, right?

        Fibre tape still the best....its ok when its up there......all planes look ugly

        More important must fly nice...

            Thanks for the responses. It was very fast and very snappy. Almost lost it but managed to recover it, more by fluke than anything else, but dinged it during landing. Have repaired it and moved the battery further forward but I'm concerned that the CG is still not forward enough. My old Reno racer is so much more relaxing to fly....
