GPS position-hold with the Naza flight controller is amazing
That was a perfect hold, awesome! The other FCs with GPS just don't seem to be able to achieve it. Though it might partly be due to insufficient tuning. I wonder if the APM 2.5 and Crius AIOP can reach this standard with extremely precise tuning...

Nice demo of the Naza's PH quadflyer
@perdification, the autoquad can do this with minimal tuning. The APM 2.5 would prolly take 600 hours of tuning to get close to this

Hmm, the autoquad is using the STM32 chips, which are way more powerful than the miserable ATMEL ones we have in APM 2.5. That said, it's wayyy more expensive.

Hahaha the key word in your above statement is "close". It gets close but not close enough.

I might be there tomorrow morning, 0830, if the weather is good, I want to test fly my F330 now that I've removed the heli landing skids.
Total flying weigh is now 900g, hopefully I should get 10mins flight time with a 2200mah batt

Wow, nice quad you have there. Why not make it 3S2P 2200mah? Will flight time be longer?

I got 2 flights in this morning

I removed the big heli landing skids and it now has a total flying weight of 900g which gave me 11 mins flight time from a 3S 2200mah batt
