Got mine at a bakery store (shop house), nearby Hougang Mall. $36.00.
According to specs, max weight of 2kg, accuracy of 1g.

i believe there is on phoon huat near sim lim sq.. its beside the road leading frm serangoon to orchard area.. besides burlington sq its the stech wif hotel 81, prata stall.. etc..
