Wants to buy a Real Flight G2 Sim

I am looking for a Real Flight G2 Sim as i am interested in taking up rc planes but i'd like to try out on a simulator first. what does your product come with? I'm am not sure how much a new one costs. i do know a new G3 version costs $420 from NTC engr but thats way off my budget as i am only a student. how much are you willing to sell it for? Thanks a bunch : )

To any interested parties, guess I will look at 60% of whatever the brand new price will be... if you wish to negotiate for price, please give me a reassonable offer... as I have some who ask for almost 20% to 30% to a brand new price... ???

It is a G2 Lite with contoller and with Vol 3 Add On. All CD and box is still available. Any interested parties can try the set as I load it in my notebook so can try almost anywhere we were to meet.
