What is the discharge rate!

The individual cell is 3.7V 1500mA
Weight is 24g
Discharge at about 3~4A.

I thought the discharge should be around 12-15 amps? 8-10c?

For one cell only. Combination like 3s2p of whatever configuration, then the discharge will add up.

so the cells are rated at 3-4c discharge right?

am i correct to say at 3s1p 1500 the amps should be around 5 -6 amp draw?

if that is the case these cells are of older generation... as most of the current cells can take 10C

Correction.

If I am not mistaken, taking the individual cell at 4c discharge, 3.7V, then a 3s2p would give you 12c discharge at 11.1V.
