Heli just rebuilt with:

new wooden blades
new main gear and tail gear
new flybar
new tail boom

electronics:
esky stock cyclic servo
upgraded tail servo
stock esky 25A esc and motor

Spares:
fuselage
complete metal head (new never flown before)
tail blade
flybar paddles
landing skid
misc spares

tail blade rod needs to be replaced. did not check that it was bent. Heli is ready to fly after that change.
